Better health through nutrition:

Food intolerance is on the rise today. With so many food allergies cropping up every day, there is a need for having a good nutritional strategy and awareness on the foods consumed. Thus, Food Allergy Test India has come up with a set of guidelines through which the health can be improved.

Phase 1: This is the first phase or the elimination phase, further broken down into the rotation and elimination phase. It aims to help the body cope with inflammation caused by IgG antibodies. It takes around a week to tackle this. As an obvious first step, any food rich in these antibodies has to be avoided. Having food items in a 4-day rotation pattern supplies the body with all the essential nutrients it needs. Additionally, other problems related to malnutrition, new food allergies etc. is also taken care of.

Phase 2: This follows the first phase and is called the provocation phase. Here, the food groups or items that were cut down on, can be introduced gradually. Care must be taken to observe any food that might cause an allergy. If it does, it has to be taken off the charts and reintroduced after an interval of time.

Phase 3: This is the stabilisation phase, wherein the food that was avoided in the previous phase, must be further refrained from for a year. This allows time for the body to degrade the IgG antibodies. Any recovery from food intolerance can be done at this stage.
